It affords me much pleasure to certify, that W. Chisholm has been employed for four years in my department, and principly as manual attendant in my phytochemic laboratory, but also at times in Garden operations. He has by his unassuming conduct, steady work and intelligence and diligence given me every satisfaction, and I part with him only on the occasion of heavy reductions in my establishment.
