Sir
I have the honor to inform you by direction of the Trustees of the Royal Park that at their meeting on the 21st inst the letter from the Townclerk to yourself was duly considered & that after due inquiry it was ascertained that the Superintendent was perfectly justified in his interference when on some recent occasions the Park regulations became by certain parties very much disregarded. A communication explanatory of all circumstances has been made to Mr Fitzgibbon
