I have the honor to inform you that at a meeting of the trustees of the Royal Park,
held this day, the trustees approved of the acceptance of the tender of J. A. Roddick
to the amount of two hundred and eight pounds Sterling
for the grazing right over the area of the Royal Park during one year in accordance
with the clauses of the stipulations and I have been requested by the trustees to
ask you to be so good as to cause the necessary steps to be taken for carrying out
the above arrangement and see to its due observance on behalf of the trustees.
