By direction of the Borough Council of Warrnambool I have the honor to beg that you
will be good enough to supply them with any shrubs you can spare for the use of the
Botanical Gardens.
The site set apart for the Gardens is about two miles from the sea shore and sheltered
from the sea breeze by high ground and intervening timber.
