I have the honor of expressing my gratitude for your goodness in sending to this establishment two copies of Major Beddomes new work on Indian plants, fasc. 1.

Beddome (1874), Part 1, transmitted with J. Moore to M. 30 December 1868. The work was issued in 15 parts. The part is dated 1868 (Turner (2012), p. 304) but was received in Melbourne before Turner's estimated 'Earliest date of publication', January 1869.
