I have the honor to transmit to you the accompanying copies of part 1 of Major Beddome's work on new and rare plants

Beddome (1874), part 1. The work was issued in 15 parts. The part is dated 1868 (Turner (2012), p. 304) but was received in Melbourne before Turner's estimated 'Earliest date of publication', January 1869.
