I have the honor to solicit that you will be pleased to grant permission that the various improvements and additional works carried out in this establishment since the issue of my last Report, as shown on a Sketch-Plan drawn in this Office may be added to the lithographed plan previously published, a copy of which is appended, as it appears that the stone containing the lithographic drawing of the latter has been preserved so that the additions can be made at a trifling expense, which will, including that for printing 1000 copies not exceed thirteen pounds Sterlg., such expenditure to be charged to the Vote for publishing Works. It was found that the photolithographic process was not well applicable for the above work.

Grant minuted his approval for M's request on 27 August 1868 and it was sent to the Government Printer. The plan was published as part of B69.07.03; the earlier plan was included in B65.10.01, then republished as a stand alone item incorporating an index (B65.10.10). They have been digitized as
