I have the honor to inform you that it has been decided to allow the Children's Pic Nic, proposed to be given by the City Council, to be held in the Zoological Reserve on the 16th. instant, and to allow the Ancient Order of Foresters to hold the customary fête of that body in the same reserve on the 1st. January next.
