This letter was returned to M on 15 April minuted: 'Amnt was placed on supply Est vouchers retd'. The letter was returned to M on 15 April 1867. However, the requested reimbursement did not occur; M applied again, apparently with greater success, 16 months later (M to J. McCulloch, 22 August 1868).
