One of the boys employed in this establishment (William Lamley jun.) having recently
died, I have now the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to grant me authority
to pay the wages due to him for work performed (from the first of March to the 20th
17 days at 3/. per day) to his father Will. Lamley sen., also employed in this establishment, who
is the rightful owner, the boy having been under age.

copy of the Order in Council to the pay sheet and return the papers'. M returned the
