Sir
I have the honor by direction of the Council to return you Mr Brady's letter with
their best thanks for your kindness in laying it before them. You will greatly oblige
the Council by writing to Mr Brady and whilst congratulating him upon his success
with the Ailanthus silkworms and thanking him for his courteous letter in the name
of the Council also ask him to fulfill his kind promise of sending you a few eggs.
