I have the honor by direction of the Trustees of the Melbourne General Cemetery to acknowledge the receipt a valuable collection of Pines and pot plants, at the Cemetery, from the Melbourne Botanic Gardens;

A gardener's report was read at a meeting of the Trustees on 12 June 1866, 'stating that 500 firs and 60 pot plants had been received from Dr Mueller. Thanks to be forwarded for the same.' (Minute book 1).
