I have the honor to inform you, that I have been directed by the Trustees of the Royal Park to bring the following resolution, adopted at a Meeting held this day, under your favorable consideration.
Moved by Brough Smyth Esq. and seconded by Clement Hodgkinson Esq.
"That a letter be written to the honorable the Commissioner of Trade & Customs requesting him to be so good as to cause a road to the Powdermagazine through the Royal Park to be set out and formed as early as possible, in order to prevent the existing Park Roads being cut up and damaged by the heavy traffic.
