Letter not found. The text given here is from H. Barkly to J. Hooker, 17 February 1866 (RBG Kew, Directors Correspondence188/114). M's letter is dated to January 1866 as the latest it could have been sent in order to reach Barkly in mid-February.
[I heard from our friend Dr Mueller a few days ago. He has just completed as you will find in the 'fragmenta' a list of all the Orchids of Australia,
