Sir
I have the honor to request that instead of the sum of twenty six pounds three shillings
which I asked on October 30th to be transmitted to the Agent General for Victoria
in London for payment of an Account of Messrs Veitch and Son only twenty three pounds
ten shillings may be transmitted and the remaining two pounds thirteen shillings paid
back to the Credit of the Vote (Purchase of plants & seeds) as I find that owing to
a Clerical error, the Vote has been overdrawn.
I have the honor to be,
Sir,
your most obedient
Ferd. Mueller.
The honorable the Treasurer
