Sir,
Referring to the requisition forwarded to you on the 30th May last,
I have the honor to bring under your notice that only a small number of the 500 pines
therein specified have not yet been received, and request you will be good enough
to supply the remainder to Mr Bickford (the Crown Lands Bailiff) as early as possible,
and of from two to three feet in height as described in your recent interview with
the Honorable the Commissioner of Crown Lands and Survey, and myself.
