I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to authorize the sum of one hundred pounds Sterling to be transmitted from the vote publication of works on Australian plants to G. Bentham Esq. President of the Linnean Society of London through the Agent General of the Victorian Government, this sum being the subsidy promised for each volume of the Flora Australiensis, of which the third is now under the press.
