M's requisition was approved and forwarded to the Government Printer's office on 29 December 1864. It is not known what works were requested; It is possible that the two items issued in October may have been those sought, namely B64.10.012 and B64.10.03. However, there had been similar requests in 1864 before these volumes were published, presumably one or more of B60.02.04, B62.02.03, B62.03.03, B63.04.06. see M to J. McCulloch, 10 October 1864.
