I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to place the sum of eight shillings
and six pences
under authority from the vote of travelling expenses granted to this establishment,
to liquidate the remaining claims against that vote for this year; and further I beg
to solicit that the balance then available out of that vote, vize £9. 11/6d (nine pounds eleven shillings six pences sterling) may be transferred to the
vote of incidental expenses.
