Volunteer Regiment] Applies for permission to hold a Concert in the Botanic Gardens
on Nov. 15th post?' Anderson’s letter has not been found. It was referred to M o n
22 September, and his reply given here was endorsed ‘approved’ by the Chief Secretary,
J. McCulloch, on the same day.
