I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of two copies of Mr Moorehouse's Vocabulary
of the Murray-River Language and of Meyer's Manners and Customs of the Aborigines
of the Encounter-Bay tribes,
which you have been pleased to forward to me. Whilst expressing my grateful appreciation
of your courtesy and liberality of destining one copy of these works for my library,
I shall forward the other copy on your behalf to the Austrian Government as a highly
desired addition to the material for the linguistics work emanating from the Novara
Expedition.
