Will you kindly inform me how the repair of the path &c for which the City Council kindly voted the sum of £30.- .- is to be carried out?

or rather how the work is to be managed? I would beg leave to suggest, that the sum may be placed at my disposal, when I will superintend the work myself & render an account of the expenditure.
