Melbourne Botanic Gardens,
10th May, 1864.
Dear Sir,—
It affords me much gratification to perceive, that the trifling contribution from the Melbourne Botanic Garden to that of Launceston proved so acceptable, and whilst thanking his Worship the Mayor and the Aldermen of Launceston, for the friendly feelings evinced towards me in the acknowledgment of this gift,
