At a Meeting of the Trustees of the Royal Park held yesterday I was instructed to
communicate through the Council of the Acclimatisation Society the desire of the Trustees,
that Mr Jos. Mitchell the Gardener of the Park, may be asked to inspect the dead timber
of the Park and submit for consideration a proposal for the removal and utilizing
of such as can be conveniently spared, some of the wood being evidently suitable for
rustic bowers, seats &c
