Dear Mr Bentham
As I had no letter from you by last mail I need not write to you but on a few trifling subjects. From the enclosed note you will perceive, that the money for vol II is sent already by last mail.

I have no doubt it is a . I have been engaged in placing the plants of various families into something like order. Amongst I have several new species & a remarkable new genus with connate anthers, to which I have given in the current number of the fragmenta the name .
