I have the honor to inform you that His Excellency The Governor in Council has been pleased to appoint Robert Brough Smyth, Esquire, an additional Trustee of the Zoological Reserve (Royal Park), and his appointment will be duly notified in the Government Gazette.

The appointment was announced in Victoria government gazette, No 10, 29 January 1864, p. 205.
