I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 19th instant enclosing
a letter from your assistant
respecting the indecency of persons bathing in the Yarra at the lower end of Anderson
Street in close vicinity to the foot bridge leading to the Botanic Gardens, and to
inform you that the same shall be laid before the Council of the City of Melbourne
at the meeting to be held this day.
