Monday 4/5/63
Dear and beloved Effie.
The weather being favorable, I think I can manage to spare the afternoon to morrow (Tuesday) for planting more pines. So if you feel a pleasure to come over to the bot Museum & afterwards to accompany to the areas to be planted, I shall feel very happy, & will escort you home in the evening. Pray let this however not disarrange any other engagements you may have made for that afternoon.
Ever yours
Ferd. Mueller.
