Sir,
Referring to my minute on the letter received from the Baron Von Boden, suggesting
that the Guide to the Land Law
and the Lecture relating thereto, delivered by the Honorable the President of the
Board of Land and Works, should be translated into the German language, I am directed
to thank you for your offer to translate the Guide to the Land Law which Mr Duffy
will be glad if you will undertake,
but does not consider it necessary to trouble you with the translation of the Lecture.
