I have the honor to inform you, that at a meeting of the Trustees of the Royal Park held on the 14th inst., you have been entrusted (until further notice and without additional renumeration) with the duty of acting as Ranger of the Royal Park, and you are thereby empowered to take legal proceedings against any persons, who may infringe on the rules established under the sanction of the Trustees of the Royal Park.
