By direction of the Health Committee of the Council of the City of Melbourne I have
the honor to request for the Corporation Gardener Mr. William Hyndman a supply of
such plants &c as you may have for disposal for the planting of the several reserves
of the Corporation which are under Mr. Hyndman's care.
