In reference to your letter concerning the rules & regulations for the Royal Park
I have the honor to inform you that a sub-committee of gentlemen not Trustees has
been appointed by the Council to confer with the Superintendent upon the matter also
that the Superintendent has been requested to prepare a plan of the Park for the use
of the Trustees. Enclosed I have the honor to hand you a complete list of the stock
on the 1st of March 1862
