I have the honor to inform you that your proposal to interplant the Eucalypti along the avenue leading from the Prince's Bridge to the botanical Garden with Elms has been submitted to the Board of Land and Works, and I have to acquaint you that the Board have authorized an expenditure not exceeding Ten Pounds (£10) for the preparation of the ground to receive the trees in question.
