read a letter from Dr. Mueller, stating that he would have much pleasure in forwarding a supply of seeds from the Botanic Gardens, for distribution amongst the Members, more particularly as the Association was established for the promotion of Horticulture; and he trusted that those who shared in this contribution would allow the Botanic Gardens, of which he was Director, to participate in any riches which they might respectively accumulate in their own gardens.]
