I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to permit the printing at the Governments Printing Office of a short report on the plants collected during the recent Burdekin Expedition & transmitted to this Office for examination by the Queensland Government.

I further beg to solicit, that you will be pleased to sanction the printing of 100 extra copies, of which I am anxious to forward 50 to the Queensland Government & 50 to scientific institutions in various parts of the globe

On 30 November 1860 the Under Secretary, J. Moore, instructed: 'The Govt Printer will be so good as to print this Report and supply Dr Mueller with the number of Copies he requires'. The Government Printer, J. Ferres, replied on 4 December: 'Printed and supplied'.
