As a Secretary to The Royal Society of Northern Antiquaries I have the honor to announce that you have, at the General Meeting held this day, been unanimously elected a Foundation Fellow or "Membre Fondateur" of our Society.

That is, a member who contributed to the endowment of the Society, a life member. Mueller is listed as having contributed 100 rigsdaler, the most common amount (Antiquarisk tidsskrift, 1861, p. xxv).

I am at the same time directed to transmit the Society's Laws and Memoirs along with the Diploma
