In reply to your letter of the 10th instant, (addressed to Mr Hodgkinson)
I am directed to suggest that you apply officially to the Honorable The Commissioner
of Lands & Survey for the land you require and to the Honorable The Commissioner of
Public Works for authority for any expenditure you may consider necessary.
