Sir
I have the honor to solicit, that you will be pleased to place at my disposal the
sum of eighty pounds Sterling out of the votes for wages of this establishment for
defraying expenses for such occasional works as cannot be performed by daily labour
& therefore regularly charged in the ordinary paysheets of monthly expenditure. I
beg further to pray, that I may be authorized by your Honor to include in the accounts,
to be liquidated out of the above sum, such claims as arose in making preparations
for the temporary charge & for the safe reshipment of the Salmon ova or fry, expected

should no other vote be available for this purpose.
