Dr Mueller Esqr.
Sir I have written a letter from Mamsbury
bearing date the 29th January when I wrote that letter I was in employment and expected
to be alright untill I would receive your answer but there is no permanent employment
in this country at the present time consequently I deem it nessary to write a second
and hopes you will give me all the information, respecting the leader and when it
is to start as I would like to join them and if I gow I will do all that lies in
my power I mentioned in my letter to you respecting a young man named Hassard whome
I have Known for a length of time I am certain he will answer the purpose as he is
well acquainted with the bush and every thing connected with it — Dear sir the state
of our finances or money is not much in extent consequently we cannot remain here
long if you will be kind enough to answer this letter as quick as possible and let
me know if our services are required if not we must leave this locality to seek employment
I hoop docter you will answer this as quick as possible as things is not now same
as they were in the North also I hoop you are enjoying good health much better than
when I last saw you
