An ordinary meeting of the Philosophical Institute of Victoria was held on Wednesday 5 October 1859, with the Governor in attendance.
I think it would not be right to insert it in the programme, but would you kindly let those members know it, whom you may happen to meet, in order that we may have a better attended meeting than lately
