In reply to your letter of the 17th instant
I have the honor to inform you, that I shall be most happy to respond to your request
of furnishing plants and seeds to you for the intended formation of a botanical Garden
at Warnambool, and beg to request that you will be good enough to instruct some person
at the proper season by writing, to receive them at this office and to sign the documents
connected with them in your name.

As the call for plants will be very great, it would be desirable for you to send for
the plants as soon as the rainy season sets in.
