T. Raingill to M, 17 February 1859.
I have the honor to inform you, that I shall be most happy to respond to your request of furnishing plants and seeds to you for the intended formation of a botanical Garden at Warnambool, and beg to request that you will be good enough to instruct some person at the proper season by writing, to receive them at this office and to sign the documents connected with them in your name.
As the call for plants will be very great, it would be desirable for you to send for the plants as soon as the rainy season sets in.
I have the honor to be,
Sir,
your most obedient servant
Ferd. Mueller, M.D. & Ph.D.,
Govermn. Botanist
