Dear Doctor Mueller

I take the liberty of introducing to your notice the bearer Mr M O Niel. He has served his time to the nursery business. He is a person in whose welfare I feel deeply interested and for whom I solicit your good offices.

He will explain to you in what way we have deemed that your advise or interest if vouchsafed him would prove advantageous to the prosecution of his designs. I will merely add that I shall esteem any favor rendered him as personally conferred upon yours
