My dear Sir William
With these lines I beg to introduce to you a particular friend of mine Mr P. Ramel, a gentleman, who always evinced a great taste for horticulture and one of the frequent visitors of this establishment.
Mr Ramel is kind enough to take charge of small parcel of specimens destined for Kew.
I have to acknowledge the reciept of your very kind letter gratulating to the safe return from our enterprise.
