Aus beigehenden Brief v Hernn Krichauff werden Sie ersehen dass derselbe mir 12 Schilling schuldet, ich habe keine Gelegenheit es von Macclesfield zu holen und ersuche Sie freundlichst mir jetzt in meiner so schauderhaften Lage diese Kleinigkeit durch [Bringer dieses] Herrn Hansen zuzustellen, Sie können sich mit Herrn Krichauff darüber schon berechnen. Zum dritten mal habe ich nun das Unglück gehabt zu sehen zu müssen wie die Elemente meine sauren Mühen und Arbeiten vernichtet; diese letzte Überschwemmung hat mir alles ruiniert.

Herr Heuzenroeder versprach mir noch eine kleine Provision von 4 [...]

auf jedes [...] Tapete, der wird wohl gern die Kleinigkeit von 4 [...] 5 [...] mit beifügen, nicht nur dass ich nichts zu verkaufen habe, sondern das allerschlimste ist jetzt dass ich gar keine Arbeit finden kann. —

Einlage senden Sie wohl gefälligst am Bestimmungsort. — Ich habe es [...] hierin bemerkt.

Wegen Mangel an Spiritus und grosses Glas habe ich noch keine Reptilien usw sammlen können sonst hätte ich [...] Herrmann schon einiges zugesandt. — [...] sollte Herr Krichauff Ihnen Sämereien zusenden so ersuche ich mir dieselben sofort per Post an meiner Adresse zu bevorderen, noch ist es Zeit das eine und das andere einzusehen.

From the enclosed letter from Mr Krichauff

you will see that he owes me 12 shillings. However, I have no opportunity to collect it from Macclesfield and in my terrible predicament I ask you to be so kind to send me this trifling amount through bearer of this to Mr Hansen, you can settle it there with Mr Krichauff. For the third time I have had the misfortune of having to watch, while the elements destroyed all my hard toil and labour; this last flood has ruined me completely.

Mr Heuzenroeder promised me a small commission of 4 […]

Through lack of alcohol and large glass jars I have not yet been able to collect any reptiles etc., otherwise I would have sent a few things [...] Mr Herrmann.
