B83.03.04. A second edition, B89.12.03, was printed by December 1889 (M to T. Wilson, 7 December 1889) and an advance copy was seen at the meeting of the Field Naturalists' Club on 9 December ( Victorian naturalist , vol. 6, p. 137). The work was probably not distrubuted, however, until early 1890.
