This morning, dear Mr. Wilson, I learn from Prof Allen, that already over 400 Doctors have inscribed their names for the Congress,

will be required; but they cost (when merely stitched) only 2/ each to the Government.

As it will take some time to write the dedication on behalf of the Government into each copy, I hurry the official letter
