A Circular Despatch has been received from the Secretary of State, drawing attention to the Colonial Office Regulations requiring the supply to that Office of the Publications indicated in the margin.

Marginal addition in same hand: 'Botanical Publications (for Royal Gardens, Kew.)'.

I shall be obliged if you will be so good as to state whether the requirement in question is complied with from time to time as regards any Publications of your Branch of the Service.
