My dear Baron.

By this mail I have much pleasure in sending you a leaf & two specimens of fruit of the Dwarf Palm. The leaf is a small one but I presume it will answer your purpose the average length of leaves is from 3 ft 6 in to 4 ft 6 in.

I trust the parcel will come safely to hand & will be of use to you.
