Ich möchte Sie gern befragen, lieber Herr Holtze, ob bei Ihnen mehr wie eine
Cycas

Art vorkommt. Jedenfalls möchte ich Sie auch bitten, mir ein Stück des Blattes sowie einige männliche Schoppen

(aus dem Zapfen), sowie eine weibliche Axis mit einer Nuss zu senden. Ich bin gerade dabei, eine Arbeit über australische Cycadeen zu beendigen, und so wäre mir Material auch aus Ihrer Gegend sehr willkommen.
Sie würden mir auch wohl gütig über die Höhe der Stämme dort, sowie über die Standorte Mittheilung machen.
