Allow me to ask you, dear Mr Bentham, whether according to your new researches DC's Fischera, established in 1813 holds good among Asclepiadeae.
1
Error for Fischeria. Fischera, erected by Sprengel in the same year, is in a different family. See G. Bentham to M, 23 August 1875.
The occurence of a Hermannia in Central Australia may interest you.
2
Hermannia gilesii, B75.05.05, p. 42.
The discovery of a Monotoca, with opposite leaves is also remarkable.
3
Monotoca oligarrhenoides, B75.05.05, p. 47.
At last the fruit of Amphibolis zosterifolia is also found: Carpidia duo libera minuta Stylus tenuis longiusculus apicem versus bifurcus.
4
B75.12.01, p. 196; the published description of the fruit differs in language from that given here.
I have also now the ripe fruits of Zostera Tasmanica. The plant is smaller than Z. marina and, I think, the fruit different.
I have again a few new plants from Mr Giles,
5
Ernest Giles.
which will appear in the 75th number of the fragmenta.
6
B75.06.02, passim.
At last I have been able also, to discriminate the two Tarrietias from fuller material, than we first had.
7
B75.05.05, pp. 42-3. Contrast with Bentham (1863-78), vol. 1, p. 23.
You will see this in the number sent by this post

Let me hope, that you are quite well.
With deep regard
